I love this mix of Larabars! I love these because each flavor is absolutely delicious and it is something I can grab when I am on the go, or something I can grab when I am starving before I inhale six donuts or something. These bars leave me satisfied and content which helps me resist processed quick foods!

Great Fruit/Nut Bar (2008-10-28)
Larabars are the best food of their type I have ever tried. They are extremely simple, most flavors having less than ten ingredients. There are no preservatives, high fructose syrups, or artificial flavors/colors. They are a perfect combination of fruits and nuts that leave you feeling good after eating them. They are great as a snack at work or on the hiking trail.

Looks good, tastes great. I am diabetic and bought these as they are advertised as fruit and nut bars. What they are are date bars with a few minor other ingredients. Buyer beware.
